The project Figure it out is a small collaboration project that has been granted support under the Creative Europe program, sub-program Culture, of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency. The project Coordinator is Drugo more, and the partners are four organizations from four different countries: Kiosk (RS), La Labomedia Association (FR), Unfinished Foundation (MT), and Vektor (EL). The implementation of the project officially began on February 1, 2023, and will last until January 31, 2025.

The project explores a range of practices that enable disenfranchised groups to overcome barriers established by administrative, institutional, and algorithmic regimes. The focus is on strategies of women in urban and rural environments, communities focused on ecological sustainability, LGBTIQ+ communities, migrants, and other groups and individuals in conflict with corporate or state rules.

As the project leader, Drugo more hosted the first activity – a consortium meeting held in Rijeka at the Filodrammatica premises from March 30 to April 2, 2023. The meeting was attended by representatives of partner organizations, artistic collectives (Grupa Škart, !Mediengruppe Bitnik, RYBN) with whom the consortium will carry out the project and create new artworks, as well as the research team (Valeria Graziano, Marcel Mars), who will develop an Online Zine – a system of publications based on the Sandpoints platform, developed through a series of research activities focused on different groups and project participants.

Drugo more will, among other things, coordinate a series of research activities (Bonfire Events) to be held in Serbia, France, and Germany during 2023 and 2024, participate in the development and production of a new work by the !Mediengruppe Bitnik, which will be presented through an exhibition at the end of 2024 in Rijeka, as well as coordinate the implementation of all activities within the consortium.
